The story behind the chili oil

👋 Hello!

I started making homemade chili oil in 2023 to gift to friends and family. TBH, I was less than impressed by some popular brands’ new chili oil releases and wanted to try making my own instead of continually being underwhelmed. In 2024, I was inspired to start offering my chili oil for donation to support some mutual aid campaigns for friends.

As someone with opinionated taste buds and a functional kitchen, this was an easy and fun way to support others.
